The high cost of medical care leaves many, particularly the elderly and those with chronic conditions such as diabetes, cancer, and high blood pressure, suffering without relief. SMRO steps in to address this critical issue by providing monthly medications to those who are most vulnerable, ensuring they receive the ongoing care they need without the burden of unaffordable expenses.

Thanks to donations, we’ve also enabled urgent medical needs, facilitating over ten thousand surgeries and numerous kidney transplants for individuals who would otherwise be unable to afford these life-saving procedures. Your support is crucial in continuing this work, offering hope and healing to those facing the direst health challenges.
